Made to measure dynamic pass box
The dynamic pass box is characterized by a laminar flow of clean air inside the room. Such flow can be both continuous and discontinuous and it is powered by an external air treatment system rather than a self-ventilating unit. Unlike static pass boxes, dynamic pass boxes utilize active contamination control mechanisms, including HEPA filtration and airflow control systems to actively remove contaminants during material transfer, minimizing the risk of particle contamination within the cleanroom.
GMP Annex 1 is the EU standard for “The Manufacture of Sterile Medicinal Products”. The manufacture of sterile products is subject to special requirements in order to minimize risks of microbiological, particulate and pyrogen contamination.
