Pharmaceutical type vertical roll-up doors, suitable for installation on modular partition walls, on masonry or plasterboard walls.
Made to measure based on the requirements of the design, they feature stainless steel structures, guards and side uprights, highly airtight, self-repairing certified PVC sheet and integrated controls.
Roll-up doors optimize cleanroom operations. Ideal to build airlocks, they require little space and can easily be installed in tight places.
GMP Annex 1 is the EU standard for “The Manufacture of Sterile Medicinal Products”. The manufacture of sterile products is subject to special requirements in order to minimize risks of microbiological, particulate and pyrogen contamination.
Constructed with materials that minimize particle generation and facilitate easy cleaning, cleanroom doors contribute to the overall integrity of the controlled environment. They are often equipped with features such as interlocking mechanisms to maintain pressure differentials, preventing air exchange between clean and non-clean areas.
